Camille Latrice Ross

Camille Latrice Ross, 24 of Georgetown, passed away on Sunday, June 10, 2012 during a terrible accident in Houston, Texas. Camille’s family will gather for a time of sharing and support on Friday, June 15, 2012 from 6:00PM to 8:00PM at The Gabriels Funeral Chapel, 393 North IH 35, Georgetown. A home going service will be held on Saturday, June 16, 2012 at 2:00PM at The Gabriels Funeral Chapel. Interment will follow at Rocky Hollow Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers will be, Lee Tanksley, Don Jefferson, Dameon Thomas, Michael Daniels, Maurice Bailey, Joey Sanchez, Derrick Malone and Sergio Jackson. Honorary pallbearers will be, Shawn Sedwick, Mike Sedwick, Walter Sedwick, Floyd Sedwick, Jr., Donte Daniels, Ireon Warner, Eddie Davis, Jeffery Thomas, Charles Davis Harrison, Cornell Harrison, Jr., Mike Sedwick, and Desmond Thomas. Camille was born on April 3, 1988 in Georgetown to Charles Ross and Ella Mae Sedwick. Camille was raised in Georgetown, attending Georgetown High School and later attending Austin Community College. She was a lifelong member of Friendly Will Missionary Baptist Church, she sang in the youth choir. While in high school Camille was a part of the basketball team, the track team and the cheerleading squad, she also enjoyed dancing. Camille is preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, John L., Sr. and Vera Sedwick; paternal grandmother, Betty Mae Thomas; and his brother, Charles Ross, Jr. Camille leaves behind to cherish her memory her daughter, Carissa A. Williams; mother, Ella Mae Sedwick; her father, Charles Ross; her brothers, Jo Moe Rose, Tyson Sedwick and Jeffery Thomas; sisters, Clarissa Sedwick, Whitney Sedwick, Tiffani Sedwick and Brittany Sedwick; her step sisters, Tymisha Morgan, Alicia Faulkner,Courtney Faulkner and Jasmine Thomas; paternal grandfather, Charles Harrison, Sr.; along with numerous other loving family members and friends.
